Filters are a feature on Hi Hello that enable us to show you the best possible matches for you. The filters are for who you’re interested in connecting with, for example, age, distance, language and more are chosen when you create your account and can be changed at any time. Advanced Filters are a part of Hi Hello Premium services and subscribers are able to choose an unlimited number of Advanced Filters. For example, you can set your preferences to non-smokers, people looking for a relationship and so on and so forth.

Just that you have to be 18+ and be respectful of others. We do not allow nudity or salacious images, so make sure you upload pictures that are decent! Also, be nice to the people you speak to!

Well, there could be 2 reasons why you’re unable to complete the verification. Either you are not correctly copying the model image’s/video hand gestures or you don’t look like your pictures or not following the instructions.
